Hello there and welcome to my musings on the second half of my life.  A few years ago, my employer began a wellness program that offered incentives for doing certain things. First was a complete physical which helped me to see that I was in need of an upgrade.   Since then, I have lost 25 pounds and substantially reduced my cholesterol, lowered my blood pressure and gained some energy which I desperately needed.   In addition to more room in my clothes, I gained some room in my nest since my youngest child just headed off to college. This blog is all about what I’ve learned and am learning along the way.
